Our association is a Seattle-based, volunteer-run, non-profit of registered dietitians, dietetic techs, and dietetic students and interns that is an affiliate of the Washington State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the national Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The mission of GSDA is: -to serve as a resource for education, career development and support of its members -to promote dietitians (RDNs) and dietetic technicians (DTRs) as the food and nutrition experts; and -to promote the optimal health and nutrition of the Greater Seattle community. Our Diversity Mission is: Support diversity among students, practitioners, and our membership body to provide inclusive and equitable healthcare for the greater Seattle community.
Our "new year" starts June 1 and we are looking to fill a variety of positions that help you meet volunteer requirements or desires and also build leadership skills and help further the dietetics profession while serving our local community. We'll have positions open for:

Partner up with local dietitian leaders and other students in the area to create community, grow your skills to become a stronger candidate for internships and jobs, and support the health of the Seattle community. We are an inclusive, positive group and we have a lot of fun!
